meet Electra Liatos, LMT
A native of Richmond, Virginia, I received my Massage Certification/License from the Virginia Board of Nursing in 1996 and began my massage practice at The Capital Club in downtown Richmond soon after.
In 2004, the NBA's Washington Wizards selected me to become their sole Team Massage Therapist. I provided intense preventative, rehabilitative and therapeutic massages to the Wizards players and coaching staff. I have also worked with several players on other NBA teams.

From 2007-2015, during the NBA off season I worked with many Washington Redskins (Now Washington Commanders) team players.
​
In September, 2020, after 16 amazing seasons with the Wizards, I decided to settle back in Richmond. I am intuitive and highly skilled in sports massage therapy and sports injury rehabilitation.

Appointments can be made by simply calling or texting 804.350.1301. Let me know if you'd like a 60 or 90 minute massage. You must give your first and last name when texting or leaving a message.

SPORTS MASSAGE services
The bodywork you receive at Body Ready Sports Massage is custom tailored to your needs. If you need to address a specific complaint or injury, I will focus on that. If your need is for a more general full body session to help flush lactic acid buildup, the massage will be directed that way. Be assured, you will get a massage that is custom-made for you.

Gift Certificates are available upon request. Packages and Gift Certificates are non-refundable and expire 6 months after purchase.
Missed Appointment/CANCELLATION/Illness Policy
I require 24-hour notice on appointments that need to be canceled. If less than 24-hours cancellation is given or the appointment is missed, you will be charged a $65.00 fee for a 60 minute session, $95.00 for a 90 minute session and full price for No Show.
If you wake up with a fever, flu, COVID or major cold symptoms the day of your appointment, please call me immediately at 804.350-1301 to cancel your appointment. Your body is working hard to fight your illness and massage might put additional strain on your system. I will do my best to book a client from my waitlist in your cancelled appointment, but if I am unable to do so, a $80.00 fee will be charged to cover my costs.
